"If I chose the wrong size of the ring I purchased?"

Urban cromos offers the possibility to replace or measure the ring you have purchased by paying a supplement of € 30.

“How many days does the shipment take? How it works if after a few days I still haven't received my jewel? "

 

All our national and international shipments are entrusted to DHL, to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

Orders will be shipped within 15 working days, depending on the size and availability.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times throughout Italy are approximately 24/48 hours from the day of shipment.

If the product has not arrived at its destination after 5 working days from the time of shipment, we at Urban Cromos will contact our courier (DHL), to inquire about the status of the shipment. You will be contacted as soon as we have news of the shipment.

If after 10 working days from the shipment the jewel will not be at your house, it will be officially considered as a LOST PACKAGE. In this case we will proceed with the production and shipment of another jewel identical to the one ordered by the customer.

"How can I find out my size?"

 

On the Urban Cromos website you can download the file that will help you find your size from here, or in the footer menu you will find our size guide. Follow the instructions to determine your size.

"How does the down payment for a The Creation work?"

Once the price of the jewel has been established, we give the creator the opportunity to choose whether to pay the total at the end of the design or to divide the payment into two phases: a deposit equal to half of the established price and then the payment of the balance upon shipment.

Any discount codes cannot be applied on any down payment.

"Is the payment transaction process secure?"
