The customer who purchased through the website and received a product that does not coincide with his expectations has the possibility of replacing the product purchased within 7 days of purchase or delivery in the terms and in the manner indicated below , with an equivalent product.


Online return via shipping agent:

If the customer has made a purchase on the website . It will be possible to consult the FAQ section on the website to get all the information on how to request the return. To allow the correct processing of the online replacement request, the customer must comply with the methods and terms of acceptance of the request communicated via email by Urban Cromos; in the absence of acceptance by the customer Urban Cromos will not be able to process the request for replacement. It is specified that the shipment of the Product must take place no later than 30 days from the completion of the replacement request via email; following the request, the customer will be provided with a replacement identification code (case number) which must always be communicated to the chosen courier for the return of the goods, so that he can always indicate it on the delivery receipt. Unless otherwise communicated, any costs of returning the Product are charged to the Customer. In any case, to be entitled to replacement, the product to be replaced must be returned intact, in a normal state of conservation, packed in the original packaging and complete with all accessories and everything originally contained in the original packaging.



The customer who purchased a product made to measure or personalized through the website will not have the possibility to replace it.
